Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work within the first 30 days of service commencement, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund within this period, please contact our founder, Kyle Chapman, via Slack, WhatsApp or Email.

Post 30-Day Period: After the initial 30 days, refunds are not available. However, you may cancel future services as per our Cancellation Policy.

Exceptions: Refunds are only applicable to the initial 30-day period and cannot be claimed for services rendered beyond this timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel our services.

No Cancellation Fees: You may cancel our services at any time without incurring any cancellation fees.

Notice Period: Please provide a written notice at least seven (7) days prior to your desired cancellation date.

How to Cancel: To initiate cancellation, contact Kyle Chapman via Slack, WhatsApp or Email.

Payment for Services Rendered: You are responsible for payment of all services provided up to the cancellation date. Any outstanding fees will be due immediately upon cancellation.

Confirmation: We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 48 hours of your request.

Service Delivery Policy

Ascension Mail is dedicated to providing prompt and efficient services tailored to your needs.

Immediate Commencement: Work begins immediately upon signing the contract.
Email Flows/Automations Delivery: These are delivered within four (4) weeks from the start date.

Email Campaigns: Campaigns are prepared and initiated immediately after onboarding.

Client Cooperation: Timely provision of required materials and feedback is essential. Delays in responses or providing necessary assets may affect the delivery timeline.

Onboarding Requirements: You are required to provide intake information through an onboarding call or survey and supply any requested photos, product assets, logos, and style guides.

Payment Terms

Our payment structure is designed to be straightforward.

Payment Methods:

International Clients (US/UK/EU): Payments are processed through Stripe.

Australian Clients: Bank transfer options are available.

Payment Schedule: Fees are due 14 days following the end of each month.

Automatic Billing: We reserve the right to automatically charge your payment method on file each month.

Business Hours: Our standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). We are available outside these hours for international clients by appointment.

Scheduling Calls: If you wish to schedule a phone call, please send a message via Slack, WhatsApp or Email to arrange a suitable time.

Service Modifications

We understand that your business needs may evolve over time.

Customisation: All services are customized to meet your specific requirements.

Upgrades/Downgrades: If you wish to modify your service package, please contact Kyle Chapman to discuss available options.

Process for Modifications: Service modifications can be requested via Slack, Whastapp or Email. We will work with you to adjust your services accordingly.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly.
