Refund Policy
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work within the first 30 days of service commencement, you are entitled to a full refund.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund within this period, please contact our founder, Kyle Chapman, via Slack or WhatsApp.
- Post 30-Day Period: After the initial 30 days, refunds are not available. However, you may cancel future services as per our Cancellation Policy.
- Exceptions: Refunds are only applicable to the initial 30-day period and cannot be claimed for services rendered beyond this timeframe.
Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellation Fees: You may cancel our services at any time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Notice Period: Please provide written notice at least seven (7) days prior to your desired cancellation date.
- How to Cancel: To initiate cancellation, contact Kyle Chapman via Slack or WhatsApp.
- Payment for Services Rendered: You are responsible for payment of all services provided up to the cancellation date. Any outstanding fees will be due immediately upon cancellation.
- Confirmation: We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 48 hours of your request.
Service Delivery Policy
- Immediate Commencement: Work begins immediately upon signing the contract.
- Email Flows / Automations Delivery: These are delivered within four (4) weeks from the start date.
- Email Campaigns: Campaigns are prepared and initiated immediately after onboarding.
- Client Cooperation: Timely provision of required materials and feedback is essential. Delays in responses or providing necessary assets may affect the delivery timeline.
- Onboarding Requirements: You are required to provide intake information through an onboarding call or survey, and supply any requested photos, product assets, logos, and style guides.
Payment Terms
- International Clients (US / UK / EU): Payments are processed through Stripe.
- Australian Clients: Bank transfer options are available.
- Performance-Based Fees: Fees are calculated based on a sliding performance scale relative to revenue generated above the baseline specified in your service agreement.
- Payment Schedule: Fees are due 14 days following the end of each month.
- Automatic Billing: We reserve the right to automatically charge your payment method on file each month.
- No Upfront Fees: There are no upfront fees or deposits unless otherwise agreed upon in a customised service agreement.
